The base of the beer is a rich sour, enhanced with strawberry, banana, and guava for that summer goodness. To heighten the guilty pleasure, we drew inspiration from summer bonfires. Sadly, in our part of Europe, sausages over the fire are a tradition, so we looked overseas and added s'mores to the mix. Graham crackers and marshmallows bring in a touch of sweetness, blending perfectly with the fruity notes for an awesome summer treat.
